Mountz Jewelers Returns and Exchanges Policy
We will gladly accept your return within 30 days (given that the payment has been received in full), with a receipt, provided the item is in its original, new condition and must be in the orginal box including all warranty cards and certificates.  Watch cannot be returned if the TAG Heuer Watch Warranty has been completed.

If you are returning a watch, please contact our Camp Hill store at 717.763.1199 to inform us of the return.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon receipt of the watch, inspection of the watch to verify that it is in its original condition and validation of the uncompleted warranty.  To return your TAG Heuer watch, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Or you may physically return the watch at our in Camp Hill or Harrisburg store.  You must present  your receipt and paperwork associated with the TAG Heuer watch.
